Dear FECAVA representatives,
In 2024, with a grant from the Zoetis Foundation, FVE supported 19 veterinary workplaces with coaching vouchers across Europe. We are really pleased to announce that the 2024 project was a great success, delivering major improvements in communication and team cohesion within veterinary teams (see poster and full report in attachment).
Given this success, the Workplace Coaching Voucher Programme will continue in 2025 and FECAVA members are able to apply:
- There will be two application periods: January–June and July–December.
- 25% of the vouchers will be allocated to non-clinical workplaces, unless the quota is not reached.
We would greatly appreciate your help in spreading the word to veterinary teams who could benefit from this opportunity. You’ll find a flyer attached (please use the Voucher Guide Workplace 2025 as the flyer) to help you spread the information. Don’t hesitate to share this in your association as well as from the FVE social media accounts (Linkedin post here)!
Moreover, FVE are currently seeking to extend their coaches network as well as adding valuable resources on veterinarian mental wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. Don’t hesitate to share any contact information or resources that could be useful for our joint VetJoy initiatives.
